Export functionality

If export functionality is available, the button Export is displayed on the screen. You can apply a filter to the list of items and then export the filtered list into an Excel file.

To export the hit list into an Excel file

• Click Export. The corresponding dialog is displayed:

• Optionally change the default name of the export file.

• Click Start to initiate the export process.

• When the export is ready for download, the following message appears:

• Click the link to download the export in the defined directory.

  The export is performed in the background, so you can continue your work while it is in progress.
