Files configuration

The files management room allows the definition of static file plans and classification access as well. Here you can define the file structure. Permissions for a certain file can be defined in the User and Role Management Room (see chapter Roles management for details).

Different plan types are available. Each type of plan is managed in its own tab:

• Static files are managed in a tab labeled Files.

• Dynamic classifications are managed in a tab labeled Classification
