No support of shared mailboxes by ImageMaster MailApp

Due to a limitation of Microsoft Office Add-Ins in Exchange Server environments, the MailApp does not support shared mailboxes, which results in the following behaviors:

• If the option “Open another mailbox…” is used, the MailApp is not shown at all.

• If the option “Add shared folder…” is used, error messages beginning with “App Error” are likely to pop up.
