ImageMaster supports the specified third-party software version according to the compatibility guide. If there are minor versions or patches available for this version, which are recommended by the manufacturer for important error corrections and component upgrades, you should use the latest stable minor/patch version with ImageMaster. For an update of 3rd-party software, the detailed ImageMaster support statements for this software must also be checked in the compatibility guide.

Migration from previous ImageMaster releases

ImageMaster Content Services for E-Mail

The ImageMaster Content Services for E-Mail require an installed and configured ImageMaster system, where the versions of the release packages must match (concerning the assembly release package and the ImageMaster Content Services for E-Mail release package). Depending on the database that you use, one of the following ODBC database drivers is required (which is used by the ImageMaster Content Services for E-Mail job system):

  • Oracle

  • PostgreSQL

  • Microsoft SQL Server

For SQL Server the driver will always be pre-installed on Windows Server, whereas the link to download the other drivers is included in the Coordinator Installer.

Browser requirements

The following settings are required or recommended:

  • Pop-up blockers for the site must be deactivated.

  • The browser security level must allow scripting and file downloading.

  • Script debugging should be disabled for an optimized behavior.

  • In Microsoft Edge for the assigned security zone automatic prompting for file downloads must be enabled. The Internet Explorer mode is not supported and must be deactivated.
