ImageMaster provides compliance functionality to manage GDPR processes and bulk exports. This configuration room offers functionality for general compliance settings and bulk export settings.

Compliance global settings:

Specify the following parameter:
Cleanup Old Exports (in days): defines how long exports are stored before an automatic deletion.

Click Save.
Bulk export configuration

Specify a size limit for exported files. “0” means that no limit is set.

Specify Target Directories where the bulk exports are stored. You can add several directories by clicking the “plus” icon. If more than one directory is specified, the user can choose the preferred directory on bulk export creation.

Optionally you can check if the directory is available by clicking the health check icon:

The check results will be displayed:
Note that setting the target directory is a prerequisite for a bulk export process.

Click Save to complete your changes.
