File Shares dashboard

The ImageMaster File Shares History dashboard shows information about the archive history usage within a defined time.

The following information is provided:

  • number of archived files

  • volume of archived files

  • number of retrieved files

  • volume of retrieved files

  • trend within the selected time, shown in a chart

The used time period is shown in the upper area located alongside the time period options:

  • Last Day: the last 24 hours calculated from the current timestamp

  • Last Week: the last 7 days calculated from the current timestamp

  • Last Month: the last month calculated from the current timestamp

  • Last Year: the last year calculated from the current timestamp

  • Custom Period: a user-specific period that can be set with date/time pickers (Date / time pickers)
