For each mailbox, you may view its detailed information and assign a policy to the mailbox.
Mailbox details window
Double-click a mailbox line to open the Mailbox Details window where you can view detailed information and assign a policy to the mailbox. Information on hosts is shown in a table, displaying host name, version, and the time of latest activity in the currently selected date/time format.
The policy assigned to the mailbox is displayed in the Policy list. If no policy is yet assigned, the selection is empty. To (re)assign a policy, select an entry in the Policy list and confirm.
Starting with ImageMaster version 9.8.2.1, journaling is supported with Microsoft 365, so it is possible to assign a compliance policy to a mailbox belonging to an Exchange server environment of type Microsoft 365.
You can also assign a policy to one or several mailboxes directly via the Actions menu as described in the next section.
