In environments with concurrently running ImageMaster application server instances, which are all connected to the same database, issues can be caused by the password manager, which fails to synchronize passwords. For example, the following error can occur when ImageMaster tries to access an SFTP archive:
CLS-00101: An internal error occurred: PasswordManagerException: PWM-00002: the password entry 'pw_sftp_archive_1' cannot be found in the password manager.
As a workaround, whenever a password is set or changed, do either of the following:

On each ImageMaster server instance, execute the SOAP web service ImaSecurityService.unlockPasswordStore.

Or on each ImageMaster server instance, unlock the password manager via the AdminClient.
