Creating a local administration user

To add the user “imamsxadmin” (in the Coordinator domain) to the group of the local administrators of the Coordinator machine, do the following:

  1. Log in as a local administrator.

  2. Open Computer Management,

    e.g. via Start > “Windows Administrative Tools” > “Server Manager” > “Tools”.

  3. Go to the local group Administrators (“System Tools” > “Local Users and Groups” > “Groups”).

  4. To this group add the user “imamsxadmin” in the Coordinator domain,

    e.g. imamsxadmin@ima4msx.com.

Note:

  • With this user the installation of the server-side jobs is run, which are needed by the ImageMaster Content Services for E-Mail.

  • The user also obtains the permissions for handling the necessary directories of the batch jobs.
