Add web service access rights to the service user. This is best done via a group or role that is then assigned to the technical user and must be done in addition to granting read and write permissions on documents and document types. The rights are configured in ImageMaster AdminClient under Users, Roles, Groups > Roles > Web Service Access. For more details see Web service access permissions in [UM AdminClient].
