Save as a new ImageMaster document

  1. The user opens an MS Office document or creates a new one in the native Microsoft 365 application (Word, Excel or Outlook).

  2. The user changes the document via the default Office functionality.

  3. ImageMaster functionality is provided within Microsoft 365 by an OfficeClient add-in:

    • Save the document as a working copy in ImageMaster.

      Only the current user can see these changes.

    • Check in the new document.

      Any user with access rights can see this.

  4. The document update is done via the OfficeClient Coordinator and Integration Service.

    The maximum size of the uploaded document is configured in IIS settings.
