Before you begin an ImageMaster installation, you should check which versions of drivers or third-party software ImageMaster supports. This compatibility guide lists the platforms and third-party software supported by ImageMaster. Required patch levels, exact software versions and further technicalities are indicated.

For specific support requests, note that technical support is only available as part of an active project. In such cases, the responsible project manager or the customer’s local support team are the first points of contact. They have access to further support channels and can, if necessary, escalate the issue to the ImageMaster 2nd-level support. Direct contact with product management – i.e., the contact person possibly listed here – is not intended for such cases.
