The context root of the REST Service is accessible under the following URL:
/rest/messenger/maintenance/
It provides the request paths as links with a short description. Clicking the links will guide to the API requests. The REST API is intended to be used by programming interfaces, so this way of accessing the API via a browser is only to give starters an entry point and an overview.
