If a relative path is specified, it is interpreted relative to the application server’s configuration directory.

ima.workflow.notify.disabled

• disables all automatic e-mail notifications for workflow tasks

Mail notifications are a per-user setting and should be left to the individual user to configure. However, if a customer specific notification solution (e.g via extensions) is enabled, it may make sense to globally disable the built-in notification system.

ima.workflow.notify.star.mail

• specifies the e-mail address to receive notification e-mails about tasks assigned to the candidate group "*"

The "*" candidate group indicates that all users in the system are candidates for a task. However, sending mails to all users in the system is impractical and usually not desired. So a special mailbox can be configured here (usually a functional mailbox) to receive such notifications. The default is no mailbox for such tasks.

ima.workflow.notify.star.type

• specifies the e-mail notification time interval (off, immediately, daily or weekly) for the mailbox that receives notifications for the "*" candidate group
