If the following message occurs in the application server log file, Oracle JVM has to be installed, which is required for XA transaction support:
“The resource manager is doing work outside a global transaction”
Start the Database Configuration Assistant (DBCA) to add the missing JVM by choosing the standard components dialog in the running DBCA.
