The script can be executed as exemplified:
perl Initialize.pl SpoolName 000123 ../cfg/base_cold.cfg
During the Initialize step data is received and the input directory is polled for incoming data. If data is available, it is handed over to the spool for further processing. The data is deleted from the input directory and depending on the configuration it is copied to the save directory.
The content of the data is ignored in this step. Depending on the JobMode it is checked if the indexing files are accompanied by matching content files.
