Compliance Spider queue

The Compliance Spider Queue view presents the Spider process queue for compliance mailboxes.

The dashboard presents functionality, which is identical to the Mailbox Spider Queue view; for more details see the previous section “Mailbox Spider queue”. However, there is one slight difference in the queue update processing:

In contrast to the mailbox Spider queue (where an update job can be activated), the compliance Spider queue is updated automatically with each compliance mailbox Spider run (triggered by the execution of the ImaAdminService web service request “getMsxComplianceMailbox”).

To refresh a compliance Spider queue

• Click Rebuild. The queue will be refreshed with new mailboxes having reached the date for the next Spider run.

• Alternatively, the queue will be updated automatically each time when a Compliance Mailbox Spider requests a compliance mailbox by calling the ImaAdminService request “getMsxComplianceMailbox”.
