Restricted support in shared mailbox or multi-account scenarios
The following restrictions apply for interactive archiving in scenarios with shared mailboxes or where one user has access to multiple accounts:

Multiple mailbox accounts can be added to one Outlook profile. In this case only the default account is supported. Non-default accounts are not supported at all.

One mailbox account can have access to multiple (shared) mailboxes based on permissions that were granted:

The ImageMaster Outlook Add-In supports all actions for the original mailbox owner. Even if full access is granted to another user, for this other user only restricted actions are supported as stated below.

The ImageMaster Outlook Add-In only supports retrieval-related actions for other users, i.e. open, forward and reply. No other functionality is supported such as interactive archiving, setting a retention plan, full-text search, or caching the archived e-mails of a shared mailbox.

Shared mailboxes are not supported at all by the MailApp (see No support of shared mailboxes by ImageMaster MailApp).
