Search for attributes

The search for attributes is also called “index search”. Each document type is defined by its assigned attributes which can be represented as search fields in the attribute search area. The visibility of fields also depends on permissions and on further configuration possibilities.

In the bottom of the view Search criteria the input fields for attribute searches are located. The visible search fields can be filtered and sorted. The exact names of the fields depend on the document types, which have been customized in your specific environment.
