Actions – fulltext index maintenance
Click the Fulltext Configuration > Actions tab to perform fulltext index maintenance in your archive. Here you can manually create or delete indices for specific document types.
You select document types for indexing from the full list of enabled document types (Select document types that will be processed panel) on the Configuration tab. The list of MIME types participating in indexing is also set on the Configuration tab. Also see chapter Configuring fulltext settings.
To create or delete an index

On the left Job Definition panel, create a job, i.e. enter the name of the job in the Job Name field.

Choose an action for the job: (Re)create Index or Delete Index.

Optionally enable Use Time Range to restrict the job run to a period that can be specified using the fields From and To.

In the Select document types that will be processed panel, select the document type(s) that will participate in your job.

Click Process to start index creation or deletion. In the confirmation dialog, click Ok.
Upon completion, a success message in green will be displayed. An entry for the job is displayed in the table Job State below:
To cancel the job prematurely, click Cancel Job. You can update the state by clicking Refresh.
