Audit trail configuration
On the System > Audit tab you can view and configure system audit logs. You may set up general audit trail options that define the behavior of the log, and provide a set of rules to define the events that will cause audit log entries to be written.
To configure general settings

Select Enabled for the audit trails functionality.

Select Audit User to add the name of the user who has done the action in the audit log.

Select Audit Unregistered Events to also include them in the log.
This option provides the possibility for a third-party system to write audit entries without registering them in the audit configuration. However, actions with such unregistered events are not supported (such as a preselection of filter values).
