Choose a mailbox by selecting the corresponding check box (the action is disabled for a multiple selection). The selected mailbox must have a policy that states that e-mails will be archived to the document type Ima4msx.

Click Export e-mails in the upper toolbar. The bulk export panel opens. The search criteria panel is prefilled with the document type Ima4msx and the attribute imaMailboxId as search criterion is prefilled with the imaMailboxId of the selected mailbox.
The export of e-mails is created like a regular bulk export (see Bulk export for more information).
