Signatures

The Signatures configuration room allows managing digital signatures on documents.

Different settings are available that are managed in the following separate tabs:

• General document rules are managed in a tab Document rules.

• The configuration of signature options is managed in a tab Signing options.

• Algorithms for generating digital signatures are managed in a tab Settings.

• Hash trees settings are managed in a tab Hash trees.

• The lists of trusted CA certificates are managed in a tab Trusted lists.

• The list of customer’s trusted CA certificates is managed in a tab Customer trust lists.

In case of a high security demand the audit trail feature should be used to monitor changes in the trusted list configuration, for example, to detect abuse like the installation of an undesired trust anchor.
